Considering video-editing software is a heavily utilizes RAM, I suggest you start there. You will need a flash drive.

Download the Memtest86 auto installer from here and run it, selecting your flash drive. Once complete, shut down your machine, and boot off the flash drive.

Use it to test your RAM and see if you have a defective stick (or more).

Let us know if the test successfully completes, or if it returns any errors.

If it's ram sometimes just swapping dim slots can help.  Watching youtube shouldn't be putting much load on your system so I'd start by trying that, maybe removing a stick at a time and seeing if you can get stability.  BTW I think windows has a memory tester built in now?  Is it any good?

Assuming the test is correct I suggest checking your system files. Open an elevated command prompt and type the command "sfc /scannow" without quotes.

It will search for missing or corrupted Windows files and replace them.
