Yahoo messenger problem

So i just downloaded yahoo messenger and i was trying to find some conversations from 2011 wich is when i unninstalled it , the problem is that my conversation history is messed up , i`m getting an error and when i try to click "save my conversation history" it doesnt remain clicked , if i log out and log back in it goes back to "do not keep a conv history" .

I logged in on an older y!m account and when  i logged in a chat popped up with yahoo support or something telling me to log in to a link to get acces to my full account (i tried to see my conversation history before i clicked the link and it wasnt working, so i clicked the link , logged in and then my conversation history worked).

So that is the problem , when i logged in on this account that i`m trying to see my conv history no chat popped up telling me to log in, any way to solve that? 

PS: I have no idea if you know what i just said but yeah..oh and i searched yahoo support for like an hour and i didnt see any "submit ticket" or something like that to contact them.

I also tried accesing from my email but still the conversation history isnt working.
