How reliable are Marvell Controllers?

As the title says, how reliable are Marvell SATA controllers (especially for hard drive RAID 0)? Are they slower/faster than then Intel controller?

I'm not sure how reliable they are but they are definitely slower than Intel controllers

So which one should I connect my SSD to and which one should I connect my RAID 0 SSDs to?

I would connect your boot drive to the Intel controller, whether it be the SSD or single drive, and the other to the Marvell. Someone correct me if I'm wrong..
