Overclocking Help!

Hi everyone, I'm using the old intel core i3 530 which run at 2.93, now i saw on the internet that i can overclock it and it can reach up to 4.4 
now this is my first time to overclock a CPU and i don't know how to do it my self, therefore i need you to give me a guideline of how to do it, keep in mind that I'm using the stock cooler.
