I was looking at the new Ek CSQ design to in shock realize that it doesn't have threads on both sides of the card. I mean, how many times do you see a build that uses fittings on only one side of the card.

It seems I only have three options;

- Go with a old EK 7970 waterblock

- Go with a different waterblock

- Use the FC Bridge somehow to make it work.

Which one would you pick?

Or alternatively, I did this with my EK-7970 DCII Waterblock

I like what you did there. It would involve buying a 45 degree connector I guess.

If you can find one of these: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/15...ock_15020.html ' date=' then grab it..[/quote']

I think I will go with that, after I read reviews it sounds amazing.

Swifttech sells a 7970 block with threads on both sides.

But ya I was also considering EK blocks for my 680's and while I'm ok with the look of the block, the very fact it doesn't have threads on both sides was the deal breaker for me. Not interested in custom SLI fittings EK tyvm.

Do you know how good the komodo is in comparison to the heatkiller?

there are bridges, and you can use 90 degree fittings with maybe another fitting on top of that (yes you have fittings which will go on top of other fittings).

"People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect. But actually from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff."

Dont understimate my skillsz, you might look foolish.

I'm not looking to spend more than I have to. And the EK block came out as one of the worst in the benchmarks.
