looking for a steering wheel

like the titles says im looking for a steering wheel. at the moment its the g29 from logitech for £250.....is there anything better at that price range?

I personally recommend trying to go fanatec you can "build" your configuration to suit what you are looking for in a price rage you are looking for, that being said they are in a "transition" phase of hardware currently and I dont know if they offer a lower end wheel currently. only a very high end one, but its worth looking out for.

 

I personally have a Fanatec CSR and I have always described it as going from a "toy" (the logitech g25/7) to a proper piece of simulation equipment. Also the G29 doesn't have a gated shifter included and its more expensive period then the g25/7 and if Fanatec does have a lower end option it wouldn't be much more then the "full" g29 package.
