50% CPU usage, and CPU struggles to feed GPU's, i don't think so.

 

Mark then as solved, i saw other guy on very same forum, with similar setup (AMD+nVidia) having same problem with GRID 2, but he was dropping to 15FPS or something like that, i don't know if he solved his problem, but he also did head up towards Intel, while whole time, CPU wasn't the problem (because i go at 30-40FPS with more then 2x slower CPU, and thanks to the slow GPU).

 

Now you decide what is the problem.
