USB is not working

i was usning windows 10 and my pc lagged too much so i installed windows 7 and started installing drivers. when i installed drivers from ven and dev search suitable driver my usb stopped working and reinstalling windows doesnt help please help me solve this i need to make this laptop working what are the possible troubleshooting steps
