1080P TV Help!

Black Friday Sales are coming up! Was wondering if this TV from best buy is a good deal!?

 

I'll be needing and using this TV for PS4 gaming and perhaps hook up my PC on it to use it. I don't game on the computer sadly....

 

Don't plan on spending 400 or more. What is the best bang for your buck deal and best quality i can get!? Are all 1080p the same? how much does Refresh Hertz  apply to console gaming? Are TV's a good choice to pair up with my computer?

My flat screen I have now in the living room is from 2010 and plays 1440p at like 120hz
