I just got an asus z97-ar board and a micron m.2 sata 3 ssd. I knew that the m.2 would be disabled from factory so i enabled it and was able to have it recognized in the bios and when i went to go install windows it didnt show the ssd in the disks to install on. I have tried uefi usb install and usb cd drive install with no difference. asus sent me a guide which was to disable cms and that didnt help. I dont know where to turn or where to go next as i have contacted asus 3 times now and they keep pointing to their setup guide which didnt help.
