Athlon x4 860k cooler

I would like to get a aftermarket air cooler for my Athlon x4 860k. It is currently not overclocked, but I would like to do some light overclocking to around 4.2GHz. My budget is around $30CAD, and it has to fit in the Corsair Air 240. Thanks :D
