gpu cooling?

Hi,i have a dell oplitex GX20SFF with a Radeon HD4350  video card inside. Its actually decent for gaming,but when i play  ocean city racing (not an amazing game) the buildings glitch out (like weird seizure colors)  after about 11Min of gaming. could this be because of  the fact that it is only being cooled by a heatsink?

( BTW i only have 1 fan in the entire case  witch directs the air out the back of the case leaving only a tiny bit of airflow for cooling the  card.)

Let alone the horrible integrated graphics

Could you take a screenshot of the colors? it could be GPU artifacting

Not the best example but it works, there was a house and a car there.
