Hello, as we all know SLI is mainstream in the current generation of graphic cards. I am pretty sure all the big names support it. Some support it better, some support it worse, but yea ! I am happy owner of GTX 970 G1 , and I don't wanna sell it. I'd love to add another one, but the game I am willing to play probably won't support it, why? It's 2015, close to 2016. Especially for Shooter games... they should make it work! How you can tell if the engine is viable for SLI? I would love how it work to make it SLI, I mean there are plenty of users already that have SLI in the game. What stop them of not adding the SLI support?

Wait, so you want to know if the game that you are playing is SLI compatible? There are a variety of reasons why a company may not include SLI compatibility, granted this will likely change in the future if DX12 makes as much of an impact in the gaming experience as some think it will. What game is it that you think won't support it?

Did you know that 94% of statistics are made up on the spot?

Overwatch does not support SLI currently though, so if that is the only game that you will be playing it might not be a good option

If you have a 970 why would you add an extra card? You are already fine for most games coming out depending on the rest of your equipment.

Agreed. I regret and don't regret getting SLI.

Reasons I wish I didn't get SLI

1. Heat - My cards get so damn hot in my case, my bottom one gets barely any air flow since it's so close to the bottom of the case.

2. Noise - My PC is so loud that when I'm doing homework I have to wear headphones.

3. SLI doesn't work in some games - Battlefront doesn't work with SLI for me, it just doesn't use my second card.

Reason why I like it

1. It looks so bad ass - You can't deny that it looks amazing. Personally I think mine looks even better due to me painting it.

2. It was more powerful than a single 980 and I have upgraditis and want the best of the best at the time without destroying my bank account.

Just as a FYI, Nvidia just released Game Ready drivers for AC Syndicate and for the Overwatch beta today.  Stress test this weekend :)
