If you don't wanna burn a hole in your wallet, FiiO E10k 

 

I myself own a DT990 Pro 250ohm headset, with a FiiO E10k dac/amp. Good combination tbh.

Do you have a optical out? And why do you need a Dac/Amp? Meaning do they not get loud enough? Is there hissing or distortion?

I have DT 990 600ohm and they get plenty loud for me without amplification. This goes for my PC and my phone.
