A Better Camera App for WP10?

Is there anything that gives me total control? I have a Lumia 1020, and to be honest, the Windows Camera app is quite lacking in terms of customization. I need features like:

 

Choosing video framerates other than 30 FPS. 24 FPS to be specific.

Aspect ratios other than 16:9 and 4:3. 21:9 would be great.

Something less choppy and noisy looking. I know what my camera is capable of, but WP10 has really cut it down.

Manual focus WHILE I'm taking the video. What's the point of manual if you can't use it (really)?

 

Anyway, more of a rant than anything, I doubt there is a camera app that can do this, much less one that shoots nice video. I would use the Canon XA20 my mom picked up, but uh... School work ain't that important. Let me know if you guys have anything worth considering. Thanks!

OR! Does anyone know how I can make my Nikon D40 shoot video? It only takes photos but I would REALLY like to shoot video on it if at all possible.
