Teamspeak Error

So i have a vps on Digital ocean and am running a teamspeak server on it. It was working fine for the first day now anyone who trys to join gets this  "Disconnected from server (convert error)" I have tried reinstalling teamspeak server/client nothing works. Any help would be appricated

What server version are you running at the moment?

 

Edit: Make sure they also have the latest client version (3.0.18.2) as apparently the last version had this issue.

I think i am running the latest. will i just downgrade

If you're on the latest then it *should* be okay, the last version released (before the current) was the one having the issue.  It may just be that their clients aren't up to date possibly?

Can you post relevant TS3 server logs?

 

<ts3 install dir>/logs/ts3server_<most recent date>.log

 

Dump to pastebin or something... Cause an error then dump only the last ~30 lines using tail -n 30.

 

Ie:

$ tail -n 30 ts3server_2015-10-01__14_38_12.987722_2.log
