Would this CPU work on the motherboard from this hp comp? 

 

I am only wondering because I am concerned if I will have to replace my windows on my pc if I get a new motherboard.

I am currently using an old Radeon HD 5750 graphics card and a 600w bronze power supply.

Should I replace the motherboard even if the cpu would work or am I fine just placing the newer cpu in the motherboard?

No you dont have to replace windowes when u swap motherboard

 

If your current hdd has windowes then youll be good

That's a FM2 motherboard, you will never make that CPU with with it.
