Heat issue, check the thermals...

Does it shut down when you game or put load on the system?

i was watching a youtube vid when it last happend

A you-tube video is still a little demanding on the GPU, Do some test's on the GPU and see if it crashes.

 

My card died and it happened whilst I was watching a YouTube video.. And anytime after that  it died on ANY semi demanding program.
