Fallout 4 unable to play in full screen mode?

So I've searched on google about this problem. and many people fixed it with a simple modification to the fallout4pref.ini in mydocument/mygames/fallout4. and change 

 

bTopMostWindow=1

bMaximizeWindow=1

bBorderless=1

bFull Screen=1

iSize H=1080

iSize W=1920

 

I've tried everything possible and cannot get it to run on fullscreen.

i set it to my native resolution, no luck. when I change some settings in the option menu, nothing seems to happen. it doesn't feel like it takes any effect at all

A common cause for games not to go into fullscreen is if you have a software called teamviewer installed and turned on, but seems like this is not the case.

Check if you have any software open currently that could maybe cause this. Also, try pressing alt + f10 I think it was, so the game switches to full screen.

You can also check in the game settins, maybe you don't have a box ticked called fullscreen or something.

none of these is working T_T.... may be i gotta wait for another patch to come out
