iPhone notification to Window laptop

Is there any app that allows me to get notifications from my iphone to my laptop similar to how Macs can do via bluetooth?

I would use pushbullet but they don't seem to have the APIs working right with BT in windows.

iPhones and windows don't do well.

 

If you want the kind of syncing and stuff that macs get.. You'll need a windows phone.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.
