You can't, you have to contact a moderator give them the link, specify that it is your own topic and the reason why you want to delete it. Your best bet is to use the report button, there is a list of the moderating team in my signature as well.

yes, preferably look for ones that are online.

I was wondering how do you delete a useless thread that you created (or in my case a duplicate)? I wasn't able to find an option for it. Any help appreciated.

 

you do not delete threads. you can report the thread you wished removed

(yours of course) by reporting said thread and reason of removal.
