Hello everyone!

Yesterday, after getting infected with malware, I decided to freshly reinstall windows 10 on my computer.
However, after formatting the hard drive and reinstalling Windows 10 Pro, I noticed that my bootup was very slow. During the windows logo part of the bootup, everything seems to be working perfectly fine, but then the screen flashes once, and the loading circle of dots becomes very slow and low quality. This goes on for a while, and then I am welcomed with a "Please Wait" screen, with the common loading halo. The whole bootup process up until the login screen takes up to ~1:45 mins.

What didn't load in my bootlog:
BOOTLOG_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys
BOOTLOG_LOADED \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\WdFilter.sys
BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\WdFilter.sys

Specs are: fx-6300 (not overclocked), Gigabyte GA78LMT-USB3 (Latest BIOS), 4 gigs of HyperX Fury 1600 Mhz ram, 500 Watt Evga PSU, EVGA 750ti (not overclocked as well), 500 GB Seagate 7200 Rpm HDD.

FYI: DirctX 9 is installed, and the latest windows update is installed. I also did run the System File Checker, and it said that I had some issues and they were successfully fixed, but the drivers still aren't loading in the bootlog.

I would really appreciate any help.

Sincerely,
Yousuf

I will try that, but do you think DirectX will be installed with the update? Cause last time it didn't, and I had to install it manually.

DX is automatically installed with Windows.  If DX isn't installed then you're doing something wrong while installing Windows.

Wouldn't that be the reason why I am getting the long boot time?

What reason?  be more specific with your statement please.  DirectX only has to install 1 time, and it does the installation when you originally install Windows on the PC.
