It's not a very good CPU, but it shouldn't bottleneck in most games.

Most likely yes. I'd still go through with it and then eventually down the road go for something beefier as soon as Intel gets cheaper.

depends on the game in, games like far cry 3 and other gpu intensive games it's ok but in cpu intensive games like civ 5, minecraft, cs:go... it might be a problem
