High DPC Latency causing audio stutters

Hi so for the past few weeks i have been having problems with tcpip.sys and dxgkrnl.sys having random spikes in DPC Latency which causes audio hiccups which is slowly driving me insane.

I managed to bring down the latency of dxgkrnl.sys by reinstalling direct x it still spikes to about 2ms but its not anywhere near as bad as it used to be.

However tcpip.sys is being the real problem here i cant seem to find a way to fix it no matter what i try.

I have tried completely reinstalling the network drivers both the drivers directly from intels website and the one from gigabytes website.

I have also tried some registry edits and whatever i could find on the net and nothing seems to work and i just dont know how to fix it.

So any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
