Hello. Im using a MacBook Pro 13 (mid 2010).

My problem is: My default EFI bootloader only boots from CD/DVD or MRB formatted Windows partitions. When i try to boot Linux Live USBs or even Windows USB installer. My bootloader doesn't even act like there is an USB device connected. When i need to format my Windows partition my only option is using DVD, which is primitive and slow... I know this issue does not occur in todays Macs.

Short to say: I think my Mac has EFI in it but works like BIOS... I also want to boot my Windows and possibly Linux partitions as quick as the modern EFI machines.

From what I understand, the Macs work best with other OSs when you use Boot Camp (preinstalled in Mac OS X) to partition the HDD and install Windows. From what I've read, Linux cannot be installed this way. Instead, you have to replace the Mac EFI entirely with an open source one. I personally boot camp Win10 on my Mac at work so I can verify that it works. I would try that route.
