Hard drive disappeared. HELP!

So, I'm playing online and suddenly the game crashes. The hard drive disappeared from my computer, disk management, and BIOS says empty. Rebooted the system, it was back again. After using the pc for one hour, everytime,the hard drive suddenly disappears. Tried changing SATA cables, SATA ports, no good. chkdsk shows no errors. What can I do? What does this mean?
