Title is self explanatory.

Which should I get? I am going with an i5, msi gaming 5, and a msi r9 380 4G 4gb, but I am planning on crossfiring in the future.

Go with the 750W even though you probably wont need it. There is nothing worse than planning for something power intensive and finding out your JUST short

750w definitely for the possibility of rig expansions.  A mid-high wattage PSU made with high quality components is never a bad thing.  It will probably outlast every single piece of hardware you have except maybe your monitor.  Better to get slightly more than you need, rather than spend less now, and have to deal with potentially pulling your whole PC apart to fit the new one in when you do add more cards or upgrade.
