I have WinDirStat for watching my Adobe Cached files sizes, and CCleaner because I can. Aside from that, I run a crazy Rainmeter setup to watch my specs and temps for various things.

Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragmenter.

 

CCleaner is another choice to replace Disk Cleanup.

Defraggler is another choice to replace Disk Defragmenter.

 

I prefer Windows built-in softwares, so I'd go with Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragmenter.
