Help using Microsoft Expression Web 4

For my IT A-Level coursework we have had to design a website. Our school chose to use Expression web 4 as its free and relatively easy. 

Anyway, one of the things we have to put into the site is on the 'Contact' page in which I need to set up a form in which the reader would input their username, surname, email and 'Interest' (another part of the course) The only issue is I have no idea how to do this.

 

Can anyone help? 

 

I've input a form and then put in 3 input text boxes and then one drop down menu for the interest. There is also a submit button but I have no idea how to link it all up. The send button needs to send the information to an email address which is given to us.
