Have you tried opening the catalyst control center, going down to gaming, 3D app settings and making a profile for CS:GO? you can make the game start with the settings you want. don't know if it will work but worth a try.

I may have a solution.

Right click the game in your steam libary -> Properties -> Local Files -> Browse local files -> CSGO.exe (Or something simular) -> Right click -> Properties -> Compatability -> Tick "Run this program as an administrator"

If that doesnt work

Right click the game in your steam libary -> Properties -> Local Files -> Browse local files -> CSGO.exe (Or something simular) -> Right click -> Properties -> Compatability -> Run this program in compatability mode for -> (Your operating system)

I hope this works, Have fun!

Its all good guys turns out i need a disc drive so i could install drivers through the cds that AMD includes with the card, its the GPU drivers....... i tried to do it with a usb but AMD sucks balls when it comes to this kind of stuff.

Google "AMD GPU Drivers" Should pop up, and it usually will autodetect the driver you need. If that answeres your question?
