s340 + mobo problem

You should be able to plug them into your MOBO headers to run them as USB 2.0.

So I have decided to get a new case. I have chosen the NZXT S340. My problem is that the case has front usb 3.0 ports. My mobo box says that is has only front usb 2.0 on it. I know I could still get the case I just wouldnt have the usb ports hooked up, but is there any way around this?
