Cant find System32.dll

I am having a RAM issue, listed in this post:  http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/482023-help-memory-issue-returned/#entry6474824

 

A reply that I got was to run System32.dll to clear the RAM. However, I got the error that system32.dll could not be found.

What do I do?

Actually, I replied about a minute before.

 

rundll32.exe

 

You can also make a desktop shortcut for it to make it more accessible.
