realtek high definition audio programm

Hi guys, i recently did a fresh install of windows 10 making me lose all files wich i wanted. But i had a program on my windows 7 something called realtek audio stuff it looked like this. I tried to google a download for the program but i couldn't find it. Now is this some kind of driver or program i can download? can anyone send me a link? because i used to hear my own voice trough my headset via mic but now im completly isolated wich is very annoying. My mic does work but i cant hear myself and with this program i wass able to hear myself.

your motherboard box should contain a disk in it that you can use to download the drivers from
