Should I get a r9 390 then sell my current 960? If so, how much should I sell the 960 for? My build is in my profile. I'm not sure if it shows in my signature though.

390 is a great upgrade. I would say maybe $40-$60?

sell your old 960 at least the price of a 950, go for the 390, hopefully it has no driver problems that i have heard.

ok, let's say around $140-$170. That's the prices I'm seeing on ebay.
