Can I run Syndicate?

Fairly simple question, Can I run AC Syndicate on my Lenovo Y40 at playable frame-rates (30-60FPS)? I am definitely willing to turn most to all settings down, and i expect to be playing at either 720p or 768p. low settings on unity with that res got me hovering around thirty, so i am hoping this game will work smoother since i just got this laptop :unsure: . 

 

For those who do not know, here are the general spec of the lenovo:

  • Core i5-5200U @ 2.2GHz (known to go up to 2.9 in-game) Quad Core
  • Radeon R9 M275X w/ 2GB GDDR5 discrete graphics
  • 8GB ddr3 1600MHz ram
  • 1TB HDD
  • etc..

Any and all help and/or feedback is appreciated.
