I am currently using 2x4GB stick of GSKILL ram @ 1866MHz and a AsRock Fatal1ty H97 Performance board. I can't seem to change the rams frequency to 1866MHz from 1600MHz because of the XMP option. Everytime I try to save the XMP profile for each stick and it resets to 1600MHz I have no idea what to do next. There is no video or guide for my specific motherboard's bios.

This H97 motherboard is locked to speeds up to 1600mhz only as far as I know, isn't it?

If you bought 1866mhz sticks just try to tighten up the timings @1600mhz and you're sweet

This H97 motherboard is locked to 1600mhz only as far as I know, isn't it?

DDR3-1066 / 1333 / 1600
