White screen in web control?

I am trying to get F@H working on an old machine and when I open up my web control it just gives me a white screen?

And the advanced control does not run.

Help?

 

(Windows XP)

That may be it, but not sure really. Try ubuntu just to test? Also, in the pinned "links" post, there is a link for a Linux based disto. It is a live CD that can get a client up and running quick, that was easy to test.
