Far Cry 3 MSAA Lags Me?

Jmjam

In Far Cry 3 whenever I set my MSAA Anti-Aliasing in from off to 8x I get some very noticeable input lag. I currently run max settings when I do this. Has anyone experienced this?

Specs: Gigabyte 7950 OC, FX-4100

Not on Far Cry but on Hitman Absolution:

MSAA on = 17 FPS on lowest settings

MSAA off = 60 FPS on highest settings

BIG DIFFERENCE!

It's not really fps that lags its the latency between the keyboard/controller and the game. It's sluggish and delayed when MSAA is turned on.

thats really wierd, ive got an fx-6100 @4.4Ghz and dual OC'ed 7770's (i know, not very good) and at 1200p (1920x1200) on high i get about 50-65fps, and when i even put it to x2 it destroys my fps, same with the weird vsync settings, i know its not what your talking about, but its really weird
