Expanding memory

Go to solution Solved by iiNNeX,

This is UK pricing but i'm sure it wont be much difference. http://www.amazon.co.uk/HyperX-FURY-1600MHz-Memory-Module/dp/B00J8E9334/ref=sr_1_6?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1447054559&sr=1-6&keywords=8gb+ddr3

A single 8GB 1600mhz DDR3 stick from Kingston is £29.99, I'd remove yours and just put one of those in, or you can go for 2x4GB if you want to fill the slots.

Hello everyone!
So recently i've decided that i have to expand my memory. I have 2x2gb A-data AD3U1333C2G9 memory and i'd like to expand to 8gb, what memory should i buy? Tried to find the same memory but it's pretty much out of the market, i can easy remove my RAM and switch it for new one but that's kinda waste of money... My mobo is Asus P8B75-V.

Most RAM at the same capacities and speeds should be incompatible. Just make sure your motherboard and processor support 8GB of memory.

Thanks for quick responses! Will this one work with my mobo and the other 2 sticks ram that i have ?

No as they would be difference speeds. I would just remove the current RAM you have, and just get those black sticks. You are not losing out, and these are quicker than your current ones too.
