CoD WaW custom zombies question

Hello,

 

I'm going to get WaW for the custom zombies, because I like the Vanoss videos of WaW zombies. I don't want to be a bitch or something but how can I install the zombies maps just like him? I looked at some videos and guides about how you can install zombies maps but I saw a lot of random mods that looks like f***** mod menu's basically.
