Disk management help.

Hello. 

So a friend of mine has an SSD 120Gb that is split into two. And one is 30gb and the rest is on another part. 

but the 30gb is full of Windows and Nvidia and intel drivers and so on. but now since it's so full he can't update the Nvidia drivers. Is there a way to put those two parts into just one again?

He'll need to un-format the larger Part and then "expand" the 30gb one to include the now unformatted space.
