Microphone constantly muting.

Right now I'm in a skype call with a friend and my microphone keeps muting by itself.

 

What I would do is put the properties window on my second monitor and notice it muting, even after I put the volume at 100%.

 

 

I'm one of those people who makes those bass music things.
