Dead Roccat Mouse?

Hello guys. Is it possible that a mouse just dies...just like that... Pfff and it's gone? I had internet problems before the mouse died so I took out wi-fi adapter from pc usb port and plugged it back in and that caused my mouse to die... Wth... It works for like 20 seconds when I re-plug it and then it's not working again. Windows shows me "The device is not recognised". 

I actually re-installed my windows (not because of this but y) and it's not my pc's fault because I tried the mouse on a different pc as well. Why am I writing this if it's obvious that it's dead and I can't do anything to get it back to work... Because... Why did that happen with the internet adapter re-plug.
