Windows 10 notifications delayed

All notifictions show up after 30-40 seconds. How do I fix that?

Example: I did safe eject device, it dissappeared from my computer, I disconnected it and notification "you now can unplug device safely" appeared minute after I've put usb drive in pocket.

can you give us info about your computer and things that you suspect are the problem?
