Screen randomly flash .

My laptop's screen flash ( turn completely white ) for 0.1 - 0.3 second , but didn't happen very often .

its there anything to do with my screen , or does it mean my video card damaged during some heating ( I not usually check my pc's temperature because my CPU never reach 100% before , the highest I get is 96% )

 

It didn't repeat , after less than a second of white screen nothing happen , everything is normal , few weeks or months and it happen again .

I won't give any information like my RAM .....etc until you tell me to
