Gamestop Midnight release?!

(no idea if this is tech related) So i preorders Bo3 and it says for the midnight release to finalize your transactionbBetween 9AM and the official release time which is midnight of thursday 12am. However on other midnight launches it says 9PM for other games. So idea if the 9AM is a typo or if the 9PM is a typo… anyone know?!  Website: http://www.gamestop.com/gs/pages/events/CODBO3/

i asked for a simple question…. i dont care about anything else other than weather or not i can go between 9am or 9pm

How this works is basically to smooth out the lines they'll have you go in and pay for the game starting at 9pm. Those who have paid before midnight get back in line and get their purchases first. Those who show up at midnight generally have to wait until everyone else is done then can pay and pick up. Its basically so they can get the tedious part done and allow themselves three and a half hours to get the transactions done that way when midnight rolls around you walk in, show the receipt, they hand you the game, and you leave. And if you have paid prior to 9pm that doesn't mean you're ready to go. You still have to walk in and get the secondary receipt for the midnight launch. It's an interesting way of doing things.

HOPEFULLY that's what they do still. I'll admit I haven't done a midnight at GameStop since.. Skyrim..? I think. But that's how it was when I last went for one.

Also I do want to ask, did you pre-order for console or pc? Because if you did it for pc I tend to agree that you should just pre-order on steam unless you have shit internet. If you got it on console then I understand completely because that's probably the best option, outside of Best Buy maybe.

i did it on console just to get the feels .. plus i cant play cod on a keyboard and mouse nor do i tend to connect a controller to it
