cooler suggestions

I have problems with overheating so I've been suggested to get Hyper 212 EVO but the problem is that i can't get it in my country, so I'm wondering is there some similar coolers to Hyper 212 EVO for the same price or a little bit higher but not too much.

 

specs:

Processor: AMD FX-4100
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M LX
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 1gb ddr5
RAM: Kingston 6GB
PSU: ctg 500-80p
Computer case: Bluebery BC-M42-OP
