Or purchase a "PCI Cage" from CaseLabs, e.g.:  http://www.caselabs-store.com/s8-and-s8s-chassis-sections-pricing-varies/. They have 3, 5 and 8-slot versions.  MountainMods also sells them.

yeah probably the easiest way, just buy any random cheap case, even a used one, and cut it up to wat you need
