spec 03($30 usd) decision input help needed

So my build needs 2 usb 3.0 in the front and I found this corsair Spec-03 for $30 USD MIR. What do you guys think about it for the price and should I spring for it. Well here is my build as a reference.   Thanks for all your help

For 30$ you get 2 fans, 2 usb 3.0 ports and very well cooling solutions (Filters for bottom and front intakes). I'd say go for it if you like the look especially with the window, I dont think anyone other case with 2 fans and 2 usb 3.0 ports sell for 30$.
