Headset Mic Volume problems

I have a Cloud 2 headset and the mic is really quiet. the mic volume is all the way up on the headset and OBS but its still quite quiet. do you guys know any other way to turn it up? The mic is definitely facing my mouth btw

under sound I cant change the levels slider

Right click the volume changer icon in the bottom right corner and select  "Recording Devices". Then in the new window right click whichever mic is the one being used and click "Properties". You should be able to figure it out from there.

I have the level as %100 and the boost at 10db
